When we receive the information you provide, we will contact you to:

 

a.       Provide a preliminary evaluation of the merits of your case.

 

b.      Advise whether we are able to represent you in this matter.

 

c.       If appropriate, schedule an in person initial consultation at no charge.

 

The information that you provide may not be sufficient to furnish you with an opinion about the merits of your case.  If additional information is required we will contact you to obtain the necessary additional information prior to providing an evaluation.

 

We will contact you by email, telephone or mail within a short time.  Under most circumstances, you should expect to hear from us within two days of receipt of your inquiry. 

 

OUR FEES:  We charge no fee to provide the limited service described above.  If you decide to employ our firm to represent you, we will provide a written contract and other documents for you to read and sign.  If we agree to accept your case we will do so on a “contingent fee” basis.  This means that you will owe us no fee for our services unless we make a financial recovery for you and then the fee will be a percentage of the amount recovered as outlined in the written contract.

 

LIMITATIONS ON OUR SERVICE:

 

  1. Any initial evaluation we furnish is obviously limited by the information that you provide to us.  A final case evaluation will be based upon a complete review of all available information.  This is accomplished through a complete investigation  which is performed following a personal interview.

 

  1. Your claim may be barred by the applicable statute of limitations.  These statutes provide that if a lawsuit is not filed within a certain time period, the claim is forever barred.  Likewise, the information you provide may be done at a time so close to expiration of the statute of limitations that we do not have sufficient time to assist you before the time period for filing suit expires.  By seeking an initial case evaluation you agree we are not obligated to accept your case, file suit on your behalf or take any other action on your behalf.

 

  1. You are not obligated to employ this firm by sending us information or seeking an

initial evaluation.  Likewise we reserve the right to decline to accept your case for any reason whatsoever.  Once we provide the limited service described above, we reserve the right to refuse to provide any further services.
