Daniel J. Romanello received his Juris Doctor
degree, with Honors, from the University of Florida. He has been
licensed to practice law in Florida since 1994 and is also admitted to
practice before the Federal Middle District Court of Florida. Mr.
Romanello is a member of The Florida Bar, Association of Trial Lawyers of
America, the Florida Justice Association (f/k/a Academy of Florida Trial
lawyers), and the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
Mr. Romanello served as an Assistant State
Attorney from 1994 until 1995. He has been a member of the firm since
1995 and has limited his practice to representing plaintiffs in personal
injury and insurance dispute cases. Since that time, Mr. Romanello has
recovered over $50,000,000.00 in settlements and verdicts for his clients.
Mr. Romanello has extensive trial experience and
has been board certified by The Florida Bar in civil trial practice since
2003. Board certification in civil trial law, a distinction held by
less than 3% of all Florida attorneys, recognizes attorneys' special
knowledge, skill and proficiency and is the highest level of evaluation by
The Florida Bar for competency and experience.
